Thank you for your interest in the Mirabilia Weddings giveaway. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering for your chance to win The Devotion Collection.
1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised and administered by Mirabilia Weddings ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are engaged and planning a wedding taking place in 2026, 2027, or 2028. Entrants must provide accurate contact information and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in these terms. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Mirabilia Weddings giveaway entry form during the giveaway period. Entries must be received before the published closing date and time to qualify.
Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. The Prize
One eligible winner will receive The Devotion Collection by Mirabilia Weddings, advertised at a value of $3,300 plus applicable HST. The collection includes:
- One-hour engagement photography session.
- Eight hours of wedding day photography coverage.
- Approximately 500–600 professionally edited digital images.
- An online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing images.
- A second photographer for the wedding day.
5. Prize Conditions and Redemption
The prize is intended for one wedding taking place in 2026, 2027, or 2028, subject to the availability of Mirabilia Weddings on the requested wedding date.
The engagement session must be arranged in advance at a mutually agreed date, time, and location. The wedding photography services must be scheduled with Mirabilia Weddings and confirmed in writing.
The prize includes only the services listed above. Additional coverage hours, travel expenses, prints, physical albums, upgrades, and other services are excluded unless agreed to in writing.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise agreed in writing. The final rules must clearly state whether applicable HST is included in the prize or payable separately by the winner.
6. Booking and Availability
The winner must contact Mirabilia Weddings within 30 days of notification to begin arranging their booking.
The wedding date must be confirmed in writing and is subject to availability. If the requested date is unavailable, the Promoter may discuss alternative eligible dates with the winner.
The prize must be booked by the deadline specified in the official giveaway rules. A separate written photography agreement must be completed before services are provided.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around the published draw date. The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided at entry.
If the selected winner does not respond within seven days of the initial notification, Mirabilia Weddings reserves the right to select an alternate winner, subject to applicable law.
Any public announcement of the winner will be made in accordance with applicable privacy laws and any consent required by law.
8. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and arrange fulfilment of the prize.
Consent to receive marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional communications is optional and is not a condition of entering. Any marketing consent will be collected separately and may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Mirabilia Weddings privacy policy.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, or submitted in violation of these terms.
Where circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control affect the proper administration of the giveaway, Mirabilia Weddings may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The separate photography agreement will govern applicable scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, image delivery, and other service-related provisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mirabilia Weddings is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted, or for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect participation or prize fulfilment.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [insert applicable province or state and country].
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Where the giveaway is promoted through a third-party social media platform, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
