I. Session Structure. Model call participants will receive a complimentary photo session. The session will take place in the client's home or a location to be decided upon with the photographer. Upon completion of the session, clients will receive three (3) high-resolution digital files and a print credit in the amount of $150 to be used towards further prints and products if the client wishes to purchase any additional items. Client understands that as the session is a model call, the Photographer has certain images she wishes to accomplish and cannot take special requests for images. *

2. Cancellation. If the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to a fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of the Photographer, and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full. Polina Mourzina Photography shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. If Polina Mourzina Photography is unable to perform to the obligations in this contract for reasons outside the sole control of Polina Mourzina, he/she will not be liable for costs in excess of the amount the client has paid. This limitation of liability will also apply in the event that negatives or digital images are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail or otherwise damaged or lost without fault of Polina Mourzina Photography. *

3. Image Files (Negatives). Images will be kept on file for 12 months. *

4. Exclusive Photographer. The photographer will be the exclusive photographer with no other camera or recording devices, including cell phones or tablets, permitted during your session. *

5. Gallery and Image Selection. Client's gallery of images will contain between 15-20 images. You will be able to view images from the session within three (3) weeks of session date. As a model call participant, clients will receive three (3) high-resolution digital files. You will be able to purchase additional images if you wish at a reduced rate (outlined in the model call print and product guide link provided to clients upon agreement). There will be no other purchases expected or required of clients. *

6. Copyright. It is illegal to use, copy or scan images in any way or manner without written permission by Polina Mourzina. It is also illegal to download and save any images presented on the internet in any fashion unless purchased with digital rights. Polina Mourzina retains all copyright. *

7. Photographs. Although great care will be taken with the files taken at your session,Polina Mourzina Photography limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to return of all deposits made. *

Photographs taken at all sessions and presented by this photographer may be used by Polina Mourzina for the purpose of public display, portfolio, advertising, website or any publication to promote her business name and the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. Full names of clients and children are never used. *
